Gluten Free Peanut Butter Granola

The combination of crunchy gluten-free oats, creamy peanut butter, and sweet bananas creates a flavorful gluten free peanut butter granola.

In a large bowl combine the dry ingredients and mix to comine

Combine Maple Syrup and Coconut Oil and melt in the microwave

Step 3

Combine peanut butter, maple syrup and coconut oil and whisk together

Step 4

Add the mashed bananas to the wet ingredients

Step 5

Combine the wet ingredients and the dry ingredients and stir very well

Bake the Granola for 40-45 minutes until golden brown

Once fully cooled mix in the chocolate chips and enjoy!
