Ingredients needed include gluten-free flour, cornmeal, eggs, oil, sugar, sour cream and of course blueberries.
Combine sugar, room temperature eggs, sour cream, lemon juice, oil, and vanilla in a bowl and whisk together.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until fully combined.
Toss the blueberries with some lemon juice and flour. This keeps them from sinking tp the bottom
Transfer the gluten free blueberry cake batter to a prepared pan and top with the blueberries.
Bake until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake loaf comes out clean.
