Ingredients needed include gluten-free flour, cornmeal, eggs, oil, sugar, sour cream and of course blueberries.

Combine lemon zest, sugar, eggs, sour cream, lemon juice, oil, and vanilla in a bowl and whisk together.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until fully combined.

Toss the blueberries with some lemon juice and flour. This keeps them from sinking tp the bottom
