Gluten Free Cheddar Biscuits

These gluten-free cheddar bay biscuits are packed with sharp cheddar and are topped with garlic butter while still hot. Believe me, your whole family will quickly fall in love with this flaky goodness.

Ingredients Needed

Gluten Free Flour

Buttermilk

Baking Powder

Cheddar

Butter

Spices

Parsley

Line a sheet tray with parchment paper

Pre-Preparation

Preheat the oven to 425F

Measure out all the ingredients needed

Add the cut/grated cold butter to the dry ingredients

Add shredded cheddar, parsley and buttermilk

Step 3

Mix until a dough forms

Step 4

Shape it into a rectangular/square shape, around ¾ – 1″ thick

Step 5

Pat out your dough in a rectangular and cut into 6 cheddar scones. Brush with more buttermilk

While the biscuits are baking prepare the Garlic Parsely Butter

Once fully baked top the biscuits with the butter and enjoy
