Packed with fresh pumpkin, chocolate chips and warm spices, this gluten-free pumpkin chocolate chip cake is the perfect one-bowl fall treat.

Ingredients Needed

Gluten Free Flour

Pumpkin Spice

Brown Sugar

Pumpkin Puree

Eggs

Baking Powder Baking Soda

Vanilla

White Sugar

Chocolate Chips

Oil

Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper

Pre-Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350F

Measure out all the ingredients needed

Combine sugar, eggs and vanilla

Add Pumpkin and Oil and whisk together

Whisk in the dry ingredients

Step 4

Fold in the Mini Chocolate Chips

Step 5

Transfer to the prepared pan and top with more Chocolate
