Fluffy, with the perfect chew, these gluten-free dinner rolls are the perfect addition to any meal from a Simple Weeknight Dinner to a Holiday Feast.

Ingredients Needed

Gluten Free Flour

Milk

Milk Powder

Egg

Butter

Sugar

Yeast

Egg

Butter

Salt

Activate the yeast in some warm milk

Step 1

Step 2

Warm the remaining milk and butter in a seperate bowl

Step 3

Add the wet ingredients and yeast to the dry ingredients

Step 4

Mix the dough  for 5 minutes

Step 5

Using a large scoop, portion out the gluten free bread dough

Allow the buns to rise until dough the size

Bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes until golden brown
