    Small Batch Recipes

    There are several reasons why you might choose to bake gluten-free small-batch recipes.

    1. Time-saving: Baking small batches can be quicker and more convenient than making large quantities, especially if you're short on time or only have a small oven.
    2. Reduced waste: Baking smaller quantities can reduce the amount of food waste you produce, as you are only making enough to meet your immediate needs.

     

    My favorite are my Small Batch Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe - just a handful of gluten free chocolate chip cookies in less than 30 minutes.
